SHIPPING INFO

Unfortunately there are still pandemi restrictions we have to deal with, which especially has an impact on shipping and delivery times.
On this page I will keep you updated on any changes there are going on and other things you will have to keep in mind when ordering from my shop.
Please read below before placing an order!
As for now I'm shipping once a week, on either Friday or Saturday! This goes for international orders as well as orders within the Netherlands.
Ceramics shipping: Untraceable parcel shipping has proven very unreliable right now, even within Europe, so I will only be sending out ceramics orders with upgraded tracking and insurance.
Delays in delivery time: Postal services are still messy so all shipping outside of the Netherlands is expected to have delays up to 5 weeks on top of usual waiting time. I will of course do my best and get your orders out as soon as I can :)
Shipping to the UK: Unfortunately I have noticed that orders to the UK have been very slow to arrive because of huge customs processing delays at the border. Please consider upgrading to tracked shipping, even on smaller orders, to make sure we can keep an eye on your parcel. If sent without tracking it might take an additional couple of weeks to arrive, or if it takes too long it will get sent back to me. This is of course very annoying but out of my hands. Shipping to countries outside of the EU for small orders/items: Standard (no tracking) shipping outside of Europe is now back open for smaller parcels! This means pins, patches, postcards etc can now be purchased without tracking for a lower price. But if you can, please consider upgrading to tracked shipping, orders with tracking usually have far less delays than orders without, and your items will be insured in case they go missing/get damaged.
Shipping to countries outside of the EU for ceramics/big orders: Orders to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia etc will still only be shipped with upgraded tracking, PostNL also still charges a temporary surcharge on all parcels outside of Europe. Unfortunately this means that my shipping prices to these countries have gone up until further notice. You can read more about it here. This is an absolute bummer but is out of my hands.
Shipping to countries in the EU: Shipping should be as normal, apart from the possible delay in delivery time. But if you can, please consider upgrading to tracked shipping, orders with tracking usually have far less delays than orders without, and your items will be insured in case they go missing/get damaged.
Shipping within Netherlands: Should be as normal!
