COVID SHIPPING INFO

Unfortunately there are still a lot of Covid restrictions we have to deal with, which especially has an impact on shipping and delivery times.
On this page I will keep you updated on any changes there are going on and other things you will have to keep in mind when ordering from my shop.

Please read below before placing an order!

As for now I'm shipping parcels once a week, on Fridays. Due to the new local lock down, parcels within the Netherlands will also be shipped on Fridays only.

Holiday shipping: Last year's holiday shipping season was the worst it has ever been and things are still very heavily delayed because of this. If you've placed an order in late November or early December and are still waiting for it to arrive; please be patient a little while longer. If it hasn't arrived by the end of the end of January please send me an e-mail and I will do my best to locate your parcel.

Delays in delivery time: Postal services are still a mess so all shipping outside of the Netherlands is expected to have delays up to 6 weeks on top of usual waiting time.
I will of course do my best and get your orders out as soon as I can :)

Shipping to countries outside of Europe: Standard (no tracking) shipping outside of Europe is currently unavailable due to cancelled flights and government restrictions. I'm only able to send parcels with tracking at this time. PostNL also charges a temporary surcharge on all parcels outside of Europe. Unfortunately this means that my shipping prices to these countries have gone up until further notice. You can read more about it here. This absolutely sucks but is out of my hands.

Shipping to European countries: Shipping should be as normal, apart from the delay in delivery time. If you can, please upgrade to tracked shipping. This helps to make sure your parcel doesn't get too heavily delayed in the chaos, plus your items will be insured in case they go missing/get damaged. If you want your order to arrive asap, upgrading to tracked shipping would greatly help your chances.

Shipping within Netherlands: Due to the new lock down (+ overworked postal workers) there can be slight delays in delivery, usually up to 1 or 2 days.
