IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO

Unfortunately there are still a lot of Covid restrictions we have to deal with, which especially has an impact on shipping and delivery times.
On this page I will keep you updated on any changes there are going on and other things you will have to keep in mind when ordering from my shop.
Please read below before placing an order!
As for now I'm shipping once a week, on either Friday or Saturday! This goes for international orders as well as orders within the Netherlands.
Also: Standard (no tracking) shipping for orders outside of Europe or now back open for smaller parcels! Hurray!!!
After holiday shipping: Of course the holidays are over (Happy New Year!!!) by now but unfortunately shipping is still slightly backed up. This combined with the already slower pandemic shipping means that orders might still be delayed in transit. If you have any questions about this or would like to change your order, feel free to send me an e-mail. I will happily help you combine or upgrade your shipping.
Delays in delivery time: Postal services are still messy so all shipping outside of the Netherlands is expected to have delays up to 5 weeks on top of usual waiting time. I will of course do my best and get your orders out as soon as I can :)
Shipping to the UK: Unfortunately I have noticed that all orders to the UK have been very slow to arrive because of huge customs processing delays at the border. Please consider upgrading to tracked shipping to make sure we can keep an eye on your parcel. If sent without tracking it might take an additional couple of weeks to arrive, or if it takes too long it will get sent back to me. This is of course very annoying but out of my hands. If you need any support on this, feel free to send me an e-mail.
Shipping to countries outside of the EU for small orders/items: Standard (no tracking) shipping outside of Europe is now back open for smaller parcels! This means pins, patches, postcards etc can now be purchased without tracking for a lower price. But if you can, please consider upgrading to tracked shipping; this helps to make sure your parcel doesn't get too heavily delayed in the chaos, plus your items will be insured in case they go missing/get damaged. If you want your order to arrive asap, upgrading to tracked shipping would greatly help your chances.
Shipping to countries outside of the EU for ceramics/big orders: Orders to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia etc will still only be shipped with upgraded tracking, PostNL also still charges a temporary surcharge on all parcels outside of Europe. Unfortunately this means that my shipping prices to these countries have gone up until further notice. You can read more about it here. This is an absolute bummer but is out of my hands.
Shipping to countries in the EU: Shipping should be as normal, apart from the possible delay in delivery time. But if you can, please consider upgrading to tracked shipping; this helps to make sure your parcel doesn't get too heavily delayed in the chaos, plus your items will be insured in case they go missing/get damaged. If you want your order to arrive asap, upgrading to tracked shipping would greatly help your chances.
Shipping within Netherlands: Should be fairly normal, apart from slight lockdown delays.
